The main building was renovated to accommodate the Audley communal facilities including swimming pool and restaurant.
To the rear of the building, the scheme was developed into 2 additional phases which include all new buildings constructed from load bearing masonry, precast planks, timber rafters and timber truss rafters. Two smaller buildings have been renovated and linked into the new buildings.
The drainage scheme and infrastructure works including S278 agreements were also part of the scheme.
