The scheme consists of two phases with a further phase under construction. The scheme consists of a number of new buildings of the same traditional masonry construction. The main building that houses the communal facilities was constructed using a steel frame with metal decking floors to allow uninterrupted large spaces within the buildings.

Phase three that is currently under construction is currently on the whole timber frame construction with traditional strip footings and suspended beam and block floors.

The drainage strategy was developed to appease planning and keep discharge into the public sewer at a minimum; the surface water is released into an attenuation lagoon before flowing at a regulated rate into the public sewer.
