The main focal point of the scheme is the renovation of a Grade II Victorian building.
Three existing buildings were renovated, each building having its own complexities. A series of new builds have also been constructed using load-bearing masonry, precast planks with steel beam with timber cut rafters forming the roofs.
The project was challenging owing to the cross fall of over 10m in height across the width of the site.
