The scheme consisted of three phases with a mixture of renovating existing buildings and constructing new masonry. Phase 1 of the scheme consisted of renovating a Grade II listed Georgian mansion house which is at the centre of the development.

The new build buildings across the site were designed as load bearing masonry with precast unit floors and timber trussed roofs onto traditional strip footings.

The site wide infrastructure was designed including foul, surface water drainage. All access roads across the site were also designed.
