Piccadilly Place is a gateway commercial development adjacent to  Piccadilly Station on the Southern approach to Manchester City Centre. Phase One of the project included the construction of three levels of precast concrete basement car park, a new pedestrian bridge linking the site to Piccadilly Station and a Piazza to the North of the site. Three Piccadilly Place, a 200,000 sq ft steel framed office building, Four Piccadilly Place a 120,000 sq ft reinforced concrete office building and Five Piccadilly Place, a precast concrete building containing 167 apartments have subsequently been constructed.
